1) First Entry – TES
Indian Army Technical Entry scheme (TES) selected candidates are admitted to college of Military Engineering where they pursue B.E. and the expenses are beared by ministry of Defence, Govt. of India. The salary of an officer starts from Rs. 1 Lakh
3) Other Entry –
After completing graduation one can appear for CDS exam. Those who clear the exam can join IMA Dehradun, OTA Chennai, OTA Gaya. If you clear AFCAT exam to join Air Force, you are rewarded with Rs.56,100/-per month scholarship.

Once a cadet has undergone training and studies, he/she is appointed as:
Lieutenant in Indian Army
Sub Lieutenant in Indian Navy
Flying Officer in Indian Air Force
Starting Salary for these posts is Rs.96,204/-approximately. Apart from this, Officers gets perks like Deluxe Residential Facility, Canteen Facility, Medical Facilities, Leave and Travelling allowances. There is also a chance of going abroad while in Service.
